Online Security- Surveillance
• Surveillance of computer activity and data kept on a hard drive, as well as data exchanged across computer networks such as the Internet, is known as computer and network surveillance.
• This surveillance is frequently done undercover and may be carried out by governments, businesses, criminal groups, or individuals.

• Governments are doing everything they can to spy on their citizens for ostensibly national security purposes, to gather information on possible offenders, and to avert terrorist activities.
• While these are noble goals, they are increasingly being exploited as justifications for invading internet users' privacy.

• The problem of the internet security is severe as now people no longer feel safe on the internet as people know that whatever they do on the internet can be known by a third-party without their permission so many people also wouldn't like to share their personal life on the internet as they don't want to be seen by third-party people.
